Does Sugar Ray's "Fly" make the cutoff date? It's also quite nauseating. Yes it does and yes it is. Santana hit a late career nadir with "Smooth", which IMO makes him worthy of inclusion in our version of that era's raspberry awards. All Star still takes the cake for me, though.

My best hated song from the era is the Smash Mouth song from Shrek. Was hoping to find it here.
