We're in closing on a single family home in Edgewater and they have a history of the city sewer backing up into the utility room in the basement. A few years ago, they weren't keeping up with it and ended up having to do mold abatement, afterwards installing a drain tile on the perimeter of the room...

2) McSorley's in Noho is one of the best tiny brewery/bars I've been to in ages. Older than dirt. Not to be pedantic, but McSorley's is in the East Village, not NoHo. But yeah, it's a good time and definitely worth checking out if you like old-timey bars, especially if you can hit it at an off hour...

Gretsch Rancher Penguin Parlor Acoustic/Electric Plays super well, looks incredible, very affordable! Kinda on the quiet side but records real nice.

Not that kind of band but I will watch Band of Brothers over and over again despite it being bad and me not caring about American history. Maybe that's why I can like it?
