I've bought a couple pairs from Zenni Optical. They've lasted years, surprisingly, considering how cheap they are.

I picked up some superior drummer/ez drummer packs. Feilds of Rock, on eBay as a license transfer was pretty cheap. And the Alt Rock ez pack. That is literally Electrical Audio. Hat tip to JSP for bringing that to my attention. Couldn't find a license transfer, but FYI Thomann usually sells license...
