I have a Skibbe Red Stripe compressor that I am willing to part with. gauging interest. I was on the olde electrical forum as n.c. I'm not really online much, and haven't really been on the forum since the switch.

the thing works - vu light is out, but other than that, fully functioning. I haven't used any of my recording equipment, pretty much since covid.

I'd be looking for $1500 plus actual shipping. I know they go for more on reverb, but I'd rather keep it a bit more 'in the family'' and hopefully low hassle.

Just to legitimize my identity - My name is Nathan Cowing, I was in the pands Pegasvs, Home Recording Project, and Qualms when I lived in Chicago. I also worked at Touch and Go Records between about 2001 and 2006. TV On The Radio's "Modern Romance" (Yeah Yeah Yeah's cover, B-side on the New Health Rock 7") was recorded using this Red Stripe. I moved back to Maine in 2010.

I'll of course provide whatever pics, etc. prefer you get in touch directly - nathan cowing at gmail

Fender Baja Telecaster.
This is going out to friends first. 2006-2007 Fender Baja Telecaster. Refinished by me a while back; water-based dye with about 8 coats of Tru-Oil. Everything stock except for the pickguard. Comes with original black one as well. Also, there is an Electrosocket jack. Thick neck, big frets, vintage broadcaster and twisted tele pickup set, 4 way switch, polarity switch, and all the other details that people love on the Baja tele.
This was my main guitar for a number of years, but it has sat unplayed in its case for the whole pandemic. Time to move it on to another loving home. Plus, I have some “not covered by insurance” dental work coming up.
$800 plus actual shipping cost to friends.

Best way to see photos at the moment is to look at my facebook page... It's the pinned post at the top.

It looks a bit more red on my screen in those photos. The color looks a little better in this gallery.

I have a 1973 Laney Klipp 100 head for sale/trade. Properly sorted by a very respected tech and converted to run on KT88s as modern EL34s struggle with the voltage (apparently?). It's so loud it's dizzying. Honestly - it's the loudest valve head I've ever played through and it sounds incredible. I moved to the middle of nowhere though and am I ever going to use it again? Doubtful. Cosmetically it's nice for 50 years old too. It sort of belonged to Tony K & The Chi Peps (Chili Peppers) in the past but I can't prove it and I've totally disinfected it so no concerns. There may be traces of heroin inside it, I'll leave that to you to work out.
Amp is in Nottingham, UK. Reverb is saying about £1200 for an average one. I'd be up for a trade or part trade if you've got a Princeton/Deluxe smaller Fender-type amp you're looking to shift.

I also have a 73 Epiphone ET275 in sunburst. Totally sorted - electrics all done, tuners switched to Grover copies. Really nice, ready to go. £450
And a 77 Shergold Masquerader in sunburst. Fully restored (binding replaced, original pickups reinstalled and wired correctly for in/out of phase and series). Finish is cracked as they all are. Non original huge hardshell case. £450

Come get em.
