Radiohead side project out today. Best Radiohead LP in years?
Re: The Smile
2I enjoy quite a bit of older Radiohead, and instrumentally, some of this resembles their older material. I'm sort of tired of Yorke's voice these days, though.
Going to give this album a few listens before voting, if I vote at all.

5Decent idea of a collaboration but it would have been nice had they not gone with Nigel Godrich for once (who ultimately made it sound.. Radiohead-y)
Re: The Smile
6I like it so far. Less icy than Moon Shaped Pool, but not as vibrant as In Rainbows. Awfully hard not to think of it just as "the new Radiohead". Greenwoods mathy, compressed guitar bits are neat.
Re: The Smile
7I like it a lot. Been playing in my car since Thursday night.

8In Rainbows Disc 2 The Band not crap. WF for bad name, artwork, etc.
active things: Belonging, These Estates, Spruce Island

9Don't know about the album, but this is really good.
Thom and Jonny-head sound great alternating on bass.
