Not everyday u hear a guitarist with a playing style that is completely all their own. Give him a listen if you havent heard him. There's a boat load of recordings of him on youtube. My favorite track is "What Are We Doing What Could Be Done?"

Clicked on a few of those and he is indeed good (reminded me of African rhythm guitar playing) but I'd like to hear something more developed than youtube jams.

I’ve been obsessed with his last record recently. I love that at any point in time I kind of have no idea what he is doing.
