Finished a track in the last week. It's not "rocket science" but it sounds pretty good and I like it.
Can't be bothered to care much about the World Series or Halloween, or a lot of what's going on on the internet I guess, but things are okay.

Bad mental health day. Sitting around in my long underwear, eating peanut butter out of a jar. Why does the brain turn on itself?
I have the day off of work and my main squeeze is out of town. Normally she would tell me to get my body moving in a situation like this. I suppose I should.
I’m ok and everything. It’s just weird how the brain decides to behave like something is wrong when there’s really nothing wrong.

Today is my 40th birthday. I had Japanese food for dinner and now I’m drinking some 10yr old Springbank. Here’s to another 40!
