I am also in the "take me out" camp. That song is good and it stomps like all hell. As for the other FF tracks - poo.

But the Killers. Another non vote from me as they don't even deserve that. They make me depressed. And i don't mean that flippantly. They really depress me and make me want to give up and stay in bed for a long time. Threads like this and people like you good people of electrical forums give me hope. Really. Thank you all.

I have no opinion on The Killers cos I know nothing about them, but on the grounds of the sheer quantity of vitriol unleashed in this thread, I would hazard a guess they are doing something right.

Have you seen this "encore presentation" of Saturday Night Live tonight? The one where The Killers are the "musical guest"?

I have seen this episode again tonight. The Killers are laughably bad when they are to play their music on this "Saturday Night Live" television program! Ha ha! So bad!

I have also seen a copy of "Entertainment Weekly" tonight that tells me that this "Hot Fuss" album by The Killers is the number eight record in the United States of America. This record has been on the charts for forty-one weeks, and it continues to sell tens of thousands of copies on a weekly basis.

I do not care about the music industry or record charts or anything like that. I do not care at all. But I am curious as to who is the person to buy so many copies of this "Hot Fuss" record.

Never heard of this "band" until reading this thread. I decided with some reservations to look up one of their albums. I went to Amazon and played the track Midnight Show off the album "Hot Fuss" ( candidate for dumbest album title of the year?).
