I play Killing is my Business and Rattlehead on the guitar fairly often.
!!!
My favorite part in "KIMB...ABIG" is during the into when Ellefson mimics that descending riff Mustaine plays. It sounds so fucking good. Kinda groovy, actually.

The doubled main riff on bass is sick. The hardest parts of that song for me are the verse and that crazy pre-chorus riff.

Agree about the relative "funkiness" of that Killing... riff. To me though, that riff is more than anything (70s)Aerosmith as interpreted by Return to forever or Mahavishnu...
Btw, this era of Megadeth had some other moments like that:verses in Black Omen (Mercyful fate as played by Mothers finest) also comes to mind off the top though there are lots of other brief *sections* and riffs and stuff as well... they were kind of semi-funky and VERY quirky by the thrash standards of the mid 80s... "interesting" band indeed... while I preferred (and prefer) 'tallica in that era, they weren't really *interesting* like, at all... more "thrash as arena rock" from (almost) day one... megadeth meanwhile is an eternal grower... one day, they might even beat the nostalgia factor I have for 80s tallica but I suspect it's too late... nostalgia comes suffocating you at my age , you can choose to battle it or simply accept it...
