It was me. I ripped that Technician "Opposition" album from 2002(I actually bought this album, and like it), renamed the tracks, and posted it as an "incomplete leak". I know it's kind of a dickhead thing to do, but I couldn't resist. People on other forums were raving about it... "easily one of the top five Shellac songs!", "Based on these leaked tracks, this album is gonna be a motherfucker!" etc. The funniest thing about this is that the people from Technician are apparently still adamant that they aren't ripping off Shellac. Nice!
