The one you posted sounds a lot like early Portion Control.

I'm covering for a couple of weeks at another funeral home where I have my own workspace, so I can listen to whatever I want without risk of HR becoming involved.

This morning it has been Structures From Silence, the new Idles album and last year's new Kristin Hersh album, and some Afrobeat in anticipation of a huge box set of Fela's recordings coming tomorrow.

Added this to a larger order cause It was ridiculously cheap and I read it was recorded by Eli Janney at Don Zientara's. Turned out it's pretty good. Haven't found any info about the band, does any PRF member know anything about them?

Cars - Shake It Up -- as much as I like new wave/power poppy stuff, this band's non-radio stuff has always been a blind spot for me. Diggin it for sure, makes me want to check out their catalog.
