Peak Nicholas Cage craziness, which is more watchable? One has Travolta, the other has Malkovich, Trejo, Cusack, and the list goes on...

I don't know if you could have this conversation without including The Rock, which completes the late-90's-Cage schlock trilogy.

The Rock is better than the two survey choices.

I pick Face/Off, for the superior action sequences.

I don't know if either of these are 'peak Cage craziness' but I liked Con Air for what it was. (not that I plan on re-watching)

Oh hands down the Rock wins, I just thought it'd be more fun to narrow it down to one year, completely for arbitrary reasons.

I went with Con Air as the ending is just bonkers. Also I completely forgot Buscemi was in it.

Con Air has a superior cast BUT but Face/Off is way way way more bananas and WTF in good to great ways.

As an aside, was Connery better in The Rock or Highlander?

Con Air. I found Face/Off boring.

I loved Face/Off at the time, thought it was one of the most entertaining action blockbusters of that era. Didn't think anything of Con Air.
