Still mulling over where to place my vote but I'll also throw in that Todd Trainer delivered what I still consider one of the funniest responses to a heckler when Brick Layer Cake was opening for Shellac at Oberlin College many years ago. Some '90s alternative-rock stereotype in a dumb knit hat with a dumb post-pubescent beard kept heckling him throughout the set, until Todd stopped, looked the guy in the eye, and said, "Fuck you and your hat and your beard," then resumed playing. Guess you had to be there, but I was in tears laughing.
