Thx for that, I used Sonar to do what you outlined, the sound was not too artifacty but the new tempo wiped out the effect I wanted, a faux-Oriental marching thing on dual guitars. The synth fared better. But I will try it in PT also since I have a lot of stuff to adjust.

I recorded a a guitar / synth piece back in the 80s on my TEAC-3440. It's since been redone in MIDI at a faster tempo. I'd like to combine the MIDI and tape versions but the tape would have to come up a whole tone in pitch to match. Any ideas on combining these in a recording? The original Korg MS-2...
