I think it's highly unlikely that your amp has a bias control, so the original question is moot. Anyway, adjusting the bias point isn't going to give you what you want.

The easiest thing to do is to just be sure your cabinet is wired for 4 ohms, which it very well might already be. If it's not, it's not hard to change it. All the speakers should be wired in parallel. If you're not sure how to wire them in parallel, I'm sure there's got to be someplace on the web ...
