I am not sure if this one was covered. But Bob Dylan's acoustic playing on his early records at least is pretty great IMHO. Great shuffling rhythm, great tone.

Pecola S/T Album They had an also excellent couple of EPs but this album was amazing.By the time it came out the band was sort of over it (I think) they broke up shortly after.They were such a wild band live, I still think about those shows 20 plus years later.
