Just chiming in to say that I, too, disliked the White Lotus. Haven't seen the other seasons but it was a big pile of nothing.

The only maybe decent argument is about it centering on the characters' journeys in relation to attachment (hence Thailand, Buddhism) but it didn't feel very fleshed out.

I too would like to learn this power. Nothing like buying Yet Another Overdrive Pedal going for cheap on Reverb, trying it out and realizing something you already own not only beats it but gives you exactly what you were looking for in the first place. I'm too busy buying gear to actually play it.

How do you stop yourself buying gear just because it's stupidly cheap? Is there even a point to trying?
