I've encountered this problem with a couple of distortion/fuzz pedals, recently with a beloved Boss MD-2. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting steps like checking cabling, batteries, and power supply. Is there something that I should look for if I open it up?

Codeine did this so well that I'm reluctant to even check out Low or Bedhead. They were great live last November.

I was intrigued by this band's blend of metal, gospel, and other influences. I concluded it's more "interesting" than "good," but neither crap nor not crap.
