Monorail is a good call, also Avalanche in Dundas Street.
As Glasgow is the curry capital of the world...a curry is a must...so many decent places to choose from, but I recommend The Village in Nelson Street (5 minute walk from City Centre across the Clyde).
Anyway...enjoy...best city in the world ...

There are many ways to get from mainland Europe to Scotland. Best thing to do is trawl the web and plan the journey well in advance.
E.g. a ferry from Zeebrugee to Rosyth then a 45 minute journey to Glasgow, carrying on to Cardiff?
