The Raspberry Pi 4 was just released. They are claiming 3 to 4 times the processing power of the 3B. Still 35 bucks.

I have one on one of my basses, I can report that once you get it dialed in it does work as advertised.Dropping all the strings would probably result in enough change in tension on the neck that things might get hinky. Not sure, just speculating.
