No need for me to repeat what's been said here... but yea... Bayview is a nice choice. I live/work there.. although in the past I've lived in Riverwest... I'd prolly pick Bayview just for the safety factor.

Washington Heights is also quite nice.... although a bit removed from the city ...

I think this is my #1 fear of riding a moto on the street - some unobservant dumb-ass pulling out in front... I've come close on a few occasions now but have never gone down.

You only use premium if you have to. In most engines it's a waste.

In a modern production car engine there's a knock sensor, if the motor starts to ping/knock the ignition timing is retarded until it stops. In the real world this would translate to less performance from the enigne.
