That's a good looking recipe Trifecta. The horseradish is a good addition but I would probably leave the cream out. I'd also add a touch of ketchup and Liquid Smoke to the topping. I've cooked meatloaf on the grill before and it's great.

Half and half mixture of ground beef along with either pork or lamb is good and just enough breadcrumbs and egg to bind it. Anything else goes as far as vegetables, cheese or any other goodies. Also, some bacon laid over the top as the crowning touch.
