They broke-up about 12 years ago, Merge put out a compilation called the Burner. Pen had a couple of bands after that, Butterglove, Ladyfinger, now he is in Loincloth. Bobby went on to join Labradford. Chris released a solo record. Who knows were Vance Mayonnaise is?

3Oh yeah, Pen was is a band before all of this called Honor Role who were quite good.

4Hey, if you're looking for more Breadwinner info, check out the issue of Chunklet from about a year ago (I think the cover said something like "Most Overrated Records Part 1"). They had a bad-ass interview with Pen Rollings along with the only picture I've ever seen of Breadwinner.

that interview inspired me to reappraise the music of Honor Role, its that great an interview!

7Honor Role was easily in the top five bands of all time for me. Saw them like twenty times. Sorely missed.

I sent them money for the CDR offer. Waited 3 months. Sent numerous emails. No reply.
My guess is that they're on extended hiatus.
