...sold "Last splash" to the commercial of beer in Poland.
My favourite band and stupid commercial of beer.

2I remember hearing about Pavement selling one of their song to Levi's in Germany. All they got were pairs of jeans that didn't fit anybody.

See, that's OK with me because it's not in my country, so I can pretend it's not happening. When they sold the Misfit's "Demonomania" and put it in Disney's "Pocohantas", I almost pooped.
but for serious-Why is someone doing a cover of "Ever Fallen in Love" by the Buzzcocks in Shrek 2?( I am not doing that search function crap to find a thread on this.)
Existing as a separate entity from the Swede since 1979.

5That shit happens all the time. It's the sub-plot of Lost in Translation. Bands, actors and so on with "cred" often whore their asses in far off foreign lands. Last time I was in Barcelona John Malkovich was whoring cheap whiskey

Breeders, what have you done???

7Hey, if it wasn't for this kinda crap, Iggy Pop would be homeless, living under a bridge somewhere.

They've all paid off their credit-cards.
I've never figured out why people hate their favourate band/musicians actually making a living out of their work? Of course there is stupid over-the-top stuff like Beyonce pepsi ads etc. but I can't see the problem with bands licensing their music. The Pixies were on a telecom ad over here, I'd rather hear that than Brian Adams.
