I've read and loved at least 10 of his novels, plus dozens of short stories.
Tried to read The Man in The High Castle 2 or 3 times and got bored each time. I should probably try again because I'm sure it gets better it just starts really slow and I don't read very fast.
The couple of his later books I tried to read, I ended up not finishing them. Maybe it was because I was young at the time but they seemed like long-winded nonsense.
Total Recall was decent. Minority Report was decent. Blade Runner was a piece of shit.

9one of my favorite writers...i've read a good bit of his books (though a miniscule fraction of all that's out there...) A Scanner Darkly is probably my favorite...i urge anyone who likes or has an interest in PKD and hasn't read that one yet to hurry up and read it before your impression of it would be ruined by this butchering of a movie that's going to be coming out in half a year or whatever...

i think it's dick's best novel. certainly it is my favorite.
i like the ones i have read that take place on earth. as i recall, the ones that take place in space, i didn't like so much.
