i love subway!

i love really good sandwiches with real ingredients too, and i make those at home, but for that particular always-exactly-how-you-expect taste that gets you full for not too much $, subway is perfect.

i always get a BLT with everything.

In my experience, Subway is completely hit and miss. I get veggie and pepperjack on that quasi-Italian bread.

Not Crap. I like being able to personalize and dictate what will be on my sub and see it happening in front of me. Whenever I go to Quiznos or anyplace else, some idiot always manages to screw up my order.

As far as fast food on a highway road trip for a family with kids goes, Subway is really good. We can eat very cheaply without fries or batter dipped crap. They can have a nice turkey sandwich and sunchips with milk.... And I like the bbq chicken thing. Everyone is happy.

I was actually in a subway when it got robbed once, (for those in Chicago....the one across the street from Ford City) very surreal experience...I just kept wondering why on earth you'd rob a fucking subway of all places. The dude is all fucked up on whatever and has a gun, waving it around scaring the shit out of everyone...he makes em give him the register cash then makes them make him a sandwich, no shit....I also remember thinking 'why wouldnt you have them make the sandwich FIRST, then rob them?' anyway it totally ruined my subway experience, I can no longer just waltz in without a care in the world and get a turkey sub....I always have that weird heebie jeebie feeling when I'm in one now...
