Now thats what i call music too.

Feeders version of everybody hurts is pretty damn good as well.

The Jam - David Watts

Robyn Hitchcock - Bells of Rhymney

Cheap Trick - Ain't That A Shame (check that hot shot intro!)

Jon Brion -Voices

Geek - Night Moves On The Catwalk

Mudhoney - Revolution (pretty much a different song all together, but great)

Aimee Mann - One

And please don't think I'm sucking up, but I think Rapeman's "Just Got Paid" is better than the original, because it's more, well, "dude, I just got paid." It just sounds like a workin' class guy who's going to get him some damn beer.

I have to admit, the string quartet and piano version of the songs from OK Computer are pretty great.

And this, THIS is just a fine thing:

No heresy there Tommy, they're all tip top choices although I love the Neil Young original of Only Love... too. For some reason I can't get enough of The Byrds at the moment.

No, this my son is heresy.

(One time sixties crooner hits rock bottom after falling from grace due continually splitting his trousers on stage. Lured from alcoholic oblivion into the studio in the 80s to sing utterly inappropriate cover versions. Terrifying! See also Tainted Love)
