I just got one of these units, but it was used and didn't come with a manual. Does anyone out there have one, and can they send a copy to me please? We can work out payment, if necessary.

Did he have to pay for it, or just download?

he just downloaded it... i think he said it was straight off the tascam website.

That must be a different model. Tascam doesn't manufacture or support the 488 anymore, so I have to pay them for a copy of the manual. Which I guess I'll have to do. Thanks for the input, though.
