I accidentally downloaded them when looking for another band the other day. Not Crap.

I finally bought this record last weekend. I knew it wasn't going to be crap because Faraquet was awesome, and Devin Ocampo is one of the best guitar players I've ever heard. So yeah, I guess the record confirmed that Medications is NOT CRAP!

I missed their show in Boston last night and I'm sad today.

I bought the ep when it came out, really good.

My band will support them in November when they'll play their only show in Switzerland.

Bought the ep, really liking all the Faraquet stuff I've heard (not much.)

I'm usually crazy about the dischord (and other dc) bands...

but not these guys.

I can't stand the way the vocal melody is so similar to the guitar melody, on a lot of songs.

Meh.

I'm waiting for the next Antelope / Vertebrates / etc. band.

I preferred faraquet. They didn't sound like Muse. Ugh.

I'll say not crap... Really, they're a great band.

But, I will say that I find it kinda grating/annoying when the vocals follow the guitar parts so closely. The concept wears thin for me, but I can't see the guy doing anything loose (vocally) over those guitar lines.
