Who do you think would win this fearsome and age old hypothetical duel? the mighty and majestic multi-ton Kodiak bear or the theoretically sly dinosaur- the Raptor?

The battle field would consist of Soldier Field and would be limited, ideally to the playing field.

Personally I side with the Kodiak. I really don't feel that a single Velociraptor could take down a bear of such enormous size. Sure, Raptors are quick and are amed with a dangerous claw, but any speculation about their intelligence is just sspeculation while a kodiak is a proven and fearsome competitor.

Many of those whom I have asked about this have sided with the raptor (fools), and their opinions are formulated on the rumored intelliegence of this dinosaur. Sadly, I don't feel that the fictional Jurassic Park series could possibly display an accurate representation of thnis animal but it has definatly seemed to influenced the publics view of this duel.

Kodiak, unless the velociraptor let the bear get exhausted before making his move. Otherwise, it would be pretty quick and decisive.

dinosaurs are way cooler than bears although bears are pretty cool, therefore the raptor wins.
