If Albini weren t into baseball....
2I think I'd like jai alai
there is nothing like the feeling of centipedes in your orifaces
If Albini weren t into baseball....
3Who said I like baseball?
Actually, it's fun to go to the ball park, but for the most part I don't give a damn one way or another about professional sports.

I wouldn't have expected that response from someone who has a "Daria" avatar.
If Albini weren t into baseball....
5I can trace my life-long devotion to the sport of golf directly to my obsessive, music-fan-based love of the talented and articulate Darius Rucker

8i really blew my enthusiasm for sports in middle school. used to be WAY into playing sports and watching them, and collecting cards and all that shit. even won a silver metal in a soccer tournament upstate.
but being rife with jocks and assholes, sports culture turned out to be such a judas for me. i realized that i hated 9/10 of the people i was around -- a lot of artless homophobe meatheads who'd sing "we are the champions" in the locker room after gym class. so many dipshits everywhere. everything was a competition to them. and they had no style or grace off the field.
in the eighth grade i started playing guitar and said fuck sports for good. consequently, i don't really give a shit about baseball. (i did watch the world series with my dad in 2002 though cuz we just had a fire at our house and there wasn't much else to do.)
