was it recorded with Steve at EA?

cause i have a boot of them in Chicago in November and Jason says they are recording that week...

he also says on this boot that they are playing their new album and the tracklist is as follows:

dark don't hide it
leave the city
north star
i sent my love
born to give it away
nashville moon
lay down
werewolves of london
i saw the light

so another question i guess is...is that all the songs to the new album(without werewolves of course)?
