i bought a case from mt

it's a flight case

a rubber foot broke off the day after i bought it--the rivet broke when i shifted the thing a little w/o picking it up

i called the guy, and he was sort of mildly polite about it

not extra-helpful, not rude

said i could bring it back in

they're way the hell out in carol stream or someplace, so it's not exactly convenient for me to take it back
