this band has grown on me. something, maybe my metal roots, has been trying to keep me from liking this band for years but i just cant deny warren defever's lush, cut/paste production. for an extreme example of this check out gravitar's 'now the road of knives'.

it was probably your metal roots that drew you into it. I feel the guitar styles are very metal in some instances.

I have most of the proper albums and I like king of sweet, home is in your head, livonia, and stars on esp the best..oh and mouth by mouth a whole lot.
