This is such a depressing feeling. It's even worse when you finish work and actually make good of your intention. There's very little that's gae-er than being tucked up in bed by 7pm.

I wish I could get by on four hours of sleep like Jay Leno and Martha Stewart. Anything less than five hours, though, and I have bugs crawling all over me.

I often don't get enough sleep.

I usually can't fall asleep before 2 AM. Which can be a problem if I need to be up before 8 AM.

Most of the time I get too wrapped up in work to sleep, like if I am shooting a poker tournament. I just stay awake and work until either my eyes start closing and I fall face-forward into some food (this actually happened) or I start slurring my words and asking the same question three times in a row.
