G&T hands down, not only will it get you off to a nice sparkly/buzzy start it makes sense to layer your drinks (start light, finish with Port/Creosote) if you're making a night of it.

Listen, I started off my A.M. with a bourbon rocks, but the only substitute I could acquisition from your list is the Gin, and The wee-bit-o' Tonic. With lime.
I find Bombay Sapphire to be quite a lovely, however, the GB might offer something I've never tasted before.
