So. Um. I need an intern. I'm serious. We could really use another pair of hands around the studio and I'm just wondering what the most effective way of getting a decent intern is and of course what should I be wary of.
Should I prefer people who will get school credit or should I just stick with the person who I think would give us the most and get the most out of it. Who knows! I've never done this before!
Where do I even start? I've been an intern but it's been really casual and of course we have had people asking to intern but at the time we didn't need anyone...
I did sit through the enlightening debacle of the interns forum at tape op this year but I can't remember a whole lot other than pissed of girls.
Intern_numbersgohere said I should post here cause it would make him happy so I'm posting here and I expect some answers!

2Try contacting the recording connection. They will put you in touch with someone who is in the program, you will get paid and have a course to follow while still being able to improvise.
