Well the Ball is made in China as far as I know, not sure where the other budget mics are made. At the end of the day trust your ears, if you like it great, if not, move on.

So I take it the JZ microphones are actually made in Latvia...am I correct?
Is there a US dealer for these microphones?
I have pair of orginal Bably Bottles from years ago... they sound amazing on electric guitars. The current model of this microphone is brighter and not as apealing to me.

Yeah, but it sure does look hot other than being Kiwi green.

34We use Blues extensively, currently (last few days, recording Cliff Eberhardt) we have been using a Kiwi for vocals through a Vox Box and it sounds excellent. The Dragonfly is being used as an ambient drum mic. I think they all sound great, we have a Blue Bottle with all the capsules as well. Use it all the time.
