2I have always thought that Spencer's "thing" was the best part about that band.
Everyone else seemed to be in some strange pose that I could never fully "buy".

7"Empty Bottles, Broken Hearts" was easily their best record, but they had some other great jams and were an awesome live band. The keyboardist, Lindsay, remains one of my biggest rock crushes ever. Not Crap.

10Just queued up In Name and Blood and realized I needed to give my own NC vote to these guys. Contrived but tremendously satisfying. And Coady's a hell of a drummer.
