Depends on the context and the application, but a few that could work in some situations:
classic
vintage
traditional
hell, even just "old".

No way! The old-style way of building amps by hand-wiring them and not using PCB's is way better! The end product is way better, anyway, provided it's assembled well. And if it's not, it's so easy to fix!
Tell me you'd rather have a current-production Fender amp than a vintage Tweed or Blackface! C'mon!!
