Bad parents= Crap. Blame them for everything that you dislike about babies.

There's no way a baby should be anywhere other than a private home, a day care center or a doctor's office between birth and three. I will allow travel on public transportation to and from a home and a doctor's office, but only trains, to give other riders a choice of a different car.

And no child should be in an adult restaurant, movie theater, etc. until the age of eight, unless the One Strike Policy is strictly enforced. One shriek, one disruption, and the parent heads straight for the nearest exit.

:beep:

children run the full spectrum, from wonderful, magical little creatures to whiny obnoxious little monsters. and that can be just one kid! hats off to good parents, who are often responsible for the production of good children! good people, good children, these are good things and this is what the world surely could use a higher ratio of. but the people who have kids and don't give them enough (or *any*) of the love and the attention, these people get the full weight of my scorn!

that being said, with the new rectifier diodes, new bias resistor, and new tube sockets and tubes, the plate voltage tested at 565v, with a static dissipation of 28ma on one tube and 26ma on the other. and it sounds dreamy! WOOHOO!

and also, i don't have any kids to worry about or pay for!!! WOOHOO!

mayfair, i can so easily picture you being an awesome parent. not for me, i mean, cause i already have some that i'm happy with, but y'know, just making a generalization. your kids are some lucky little people!

those are called "puppies"

I was talking more about a literal mesh of the two entities, similar to the hobo-faced dog creature in the remake of "invasion of the body snatchers."

What I put into them is my own business, and I guarantee I won't be getting it back.

You know, I stumbled upon an old Forced Exposure zine the other day, and I remember thinking, "Has Mr. Albini softened up in his older years?" After the subtle inference of dog AND baby rape, I think my thought has been answered. Thanks.
But I digress. Please continue with the squirrel circuit semantic debate.

More amusing to watch and interact with on only certain occasions than to actually have. Two of my friends in their early twenties have a two year old son who's pretty well behaved and fun to be around with, but I don't trust the majority of my peers with a fucking rat, let alone a kid.

Not crap.

Everybody has been a baby.

Not everybody is not NOT CRAP.

Therefore, babies are CRAP.

They're babies, small people-who cares? I think having babies is CRAP. But someone's gotta do it, y'know, make more people. I say CRAP because a lot of girls I would otherwise have dated I've avoided because they have babies.

I won't date a woman with pets, either. I'm picky.

People have them and think no one has ever done it before.

Babies. CRAP.

this has been a pretty funny thread

a bunch of people who have no interest in having children trying to form opinions about children

it's like sports radio guys who don't watch soccer talking about how dumb soccer is

all's i have to say is: it's exactly like getting married. it seems like a bad idea that will ruin your life until it seems like a good idea that will enrich your life, and then it seems like a really good idea. with any luck, this impression is a correct one, once one has it.

so, you know, like your parents always said, just wait. you'll probably change your mind.

well, the reason someone would have no interest in having children is probably based on the opinions they've already formed about children prior to making that life desicion. so i guess i don't see the irony here.
