Roughly speaking, what are the dimensions of the Studio B live room?

A partner and I are looking at a massive empty building out in the country for a studio. We've got room to build whatever the hell we want inside that building. I'm thinking of a roughly 32' x 47' live room with 20' ceilings built inside the existing structure, and I'm just curious how that compares with the live room at Electrical's Studio B.
