I want to call the studio to ask question about recording there later this year. Is there a good or prefered time to call? I don't know if they have "business hours" or what is too late or too early.
Thanks in advance for any non-smartass answers.

2i'm guessing weekday afternoon and early evenings are the best time, based on when i know people are over there.
one of the few businesses where a call at 11pm very well might be acceptable, though, if you're anxious and have a lot of money.
non-smart-ass. okay.

3Call anytime. Really, I don't mind.
Unless you're a nutjob drunk at a bar with your friends at 3am, then put it off until the next day, by which time you'll have forgotten you wanted to. Which would be splendid. For once.

4No, I will not call drunk.....but watch out if I get my hands on some glue....
Thanks for the response. I called an hour ago but one of the interns answered and he was very nice but didn't know anything and told me to call back on Mon. when Mr. Novotny would be there.

Are they still pulling that one? I'll let you in on a little secret. That's what people in the know call the old EA shim-sham. Come Monday, some "intern" will tell you that Mr. Novotny is in a meeting or got called away on business. I got news for you. There is no Mr. Novotny.

6Actually, he said his name WAS John Novotny when he answered, and then when i started asking questions he got evasive and said it was his first day and to call on monday. When I pointed out that he said "Electrical Audio, John Novotny speaking" he just said "No I didn't" then started hissing into the phone and said "Oh, shit, I think the signal is breaking up..."
Then he hung up....
