why in the fuck would you smash a tb bass? what a cockhead.

Well, in this case 'smashed' = 'accidentally dropped on stage' with the result being the top half of the wooden body snapped clean off. Sweet. The dude who re-set it for me said he had its suspicions that it had snapped along the same line previously.

The bottom half of the body has since snapped off mid-band practice. Awesome.

sorry there mr cockhead, but the way it was described led me to believe we were dealing with a retard. accidently dropping it must have really really sucked and i feel sorry for you now. and the way you said awesome at the end was very funny. in all seriousness ive had simarler things happen to me and it really bums you out so i hope you didnt take to much offense by my comment.
for example, i remember my when dad decided to kick my already battered (not by me) 1000a off of my bed and clear across my room into a wall. luckily, only a solitary tone knob fell off. i also remember when i accidently fell into a drum kit and snapped the neck clean off my jap jag special. i was gutted. it was quite funny though just to see the long on the crap drummers face. i hope you get it fixed any way. good day to you mr cockhead. good day to you sir.

aye, its true. It never broke when we had it but it had been split before. lots of TB basses have this happen to them because the wood at the 'heel' isn't strong enough.

cockhead for other reasons though! ha ha..
