That is a solid state, clean, 'neutral' power amp. I know that they Mesas and all that are good, but add "colour". Thats right Humpy Bear, Colour, so hear is a Clean one.

2400 watts? That poweramp is not meant for guitar.

Thats alot of headroom. With all that headroom, you could have a lot of haedroom. Thats what that Kurt Cobain guy did. I think that he used a Mesa .22 preamp, and a huge poweramp of some sort. like 2000-3000 watts. I would use it, but thats just me.
