You can specify size, so I hear.

On the site I noticed they recommend immersing the doll in a hot bath to give it that 'human warmth' feel. Hmm nice.

There's a link you can follow somewhere on the site to a guy who does RealDoll repairs. There's pictures. Christ, the should see the damage some people have done to their dolls. You can only imagine the scenarios.
