electra 2000, by HUM.

just slightly better for me, over the last 13 years, than ride the fader, or laughing stock, or endless numbered days, bone machine, the soft bulletin, umber, lost & safe, kid A, all rise, after the goldrush, ten small paces, movement, atomizer, days in the wake, or about 24 other great albums.

edit - "electra 2000" also wins for worst cover art in my music collection.
