I've posted recently about reel to reel repair shops in Chicagoland. I've got a tascam ATR-60 that weights 200 lbs in the cart. Ideally, I'd rather not pull it out...

I need it overhauled. Plan on doing subsequent calibrations myself, but the deck is new to me, so I want a pro to come out and have a look, set it up.

I'm in the western burbs. There must be a tech in the area who makes housecalls, no?
