I agree.
Skirt is one of the only exceptions to the rare as fuck rule. Don't get me wrong, it's good rare- But It's completely acceptable cooked thoroughly.

OK, that's out the way. 7 or 8 years ago, when I wasn't, I always had my steaks rare as fuck. What's the problem with blood? you're eating a goddamned animal for god's sake. It's full of blood! And blood tastes pretty good, too.

I was vegetarian for almost 9 years until last August. Then I saw the light. It was made out of meat. And I ate it.


Medium well for this omnivore. Do it that way and you are allowed to eat it more often without getting wormy or sick!

Rare or medium rare..don't make me quote stuff from "queer eye" at all the people who like steak well done..
