A little record called Lifestyle by the band Silkworm. Developer was my first introduction to this band (and a fine introduction it was) but this LP was the first one that made me say, "Holy balls, this is one tremendous rock band." 'Raging Bull' is perfection, I have listened to it countless times, as well as other songs from it, and it still sounds fresh with each listen. Great album art, too. I guess that's a good enough indication of an "all time" great or whatever it is that you're asking for.

Look at it. Go on, look at it! In a Priest Driven Ambulance With Silver Sunshine Stares, (I tend to use the proper title when speaking of this album), is a remarkable piece of work. So glorious and loud! Each time I listen I'm transplanted back in time to when I first heard it, with the same giddy emotions rising to the surface: joy, wonderment, amusement, sadness, and a host of other feelings. The coda to "There You Are: Jesus Song No. 7" is so goddamned beautiful and the second chorus of "Shine on Sweet Jesus: Jesus Song No. 5" makes me want to fling myself from atop a very high building. This album strikes with the perfect balance of noise and melody.

I love you, In a Priest Driven Ambulance With Silver Sunshine Stares. You are superb.

I am heartened to know I am not alone in calling it In a Priest Driven Ambulance With Silver Sunshine Stares.

Thank you Randall, for making me feel like a natural woman. Oh, wait. That's not what a natural woman feels like.
I make music/I also make pretty pictures

I love the Replacements. This album, from the pink swirled vinyl to the day I played "What a wonderful world" at the end of service when we closed a three-star Northern Italian ristorante', has kept me motivated.

Seconded.
